The YHCZ series half shaft roaster is suitable for pretreatment of kinds of oil seeds before hot pressing process. It is the main auxiliary equipment for screw press, also used for food bake industry. The main features are compact structure, good material moisturizing effect and easy to observe.
Working principle：
Using solid fuel (coal, coke or firewood) direct flame heating and heat transfer to oil seeds. Temperature and plasticity of seeds gradually increasing during continuous rotary turning of drum. And moisture is evaporated, protein is denaturated, oil viscosity is reduced and exposed, which makes it more conducive for oil extraction.
